Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 7 & 63 licenses
- A successful performance record of consistently generating revenue and exceeding revenue targets at a top brokerage firm
- An ability to travel as needed to client locations and represent the firm at clients / Industry events as requested

- Proven performance track record and deep, sustainable industry relationships
- Excellent client presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivation and excellent business development acumen

Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to be based out of our primary office locations Chicago, New York, or Stamford.
Pay
The anticipated hiring base salary for the role will be between $100,000 and $150,000 per year. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which also provides the opportunity for a commission/bonus and the Mesirow benefit program.
