Responsibilities
- Develop, grow, and monetize institutional client relationships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and asset managers
- Deliver timely, differentiated research, market insights, and actionable investment ideas
- Attend and coordinate corporate access events, including conferences, non-deal roadshows, and bespoke management meetings
- Partner closely with research analysts, traders, and investment bankers to drive integrated client solutions
- Leverage CRM and analytics to track activity, manage performance, and identify revenue opportunities
- Represent Wedbush with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements
- Proven success in institutional equity sales with a strong revenue track record
- Established institutional client relationships (hedge funds, mutual funds, asset managers)
- Expertise in market dynamics, investment trends, and client strategy
- Professional presence, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in equity sales; our verticals cover Technology (TMT/TMS), Financial Institutions and Real Estate (FIRE), Industrials, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors
- Proven ability to originate, grow, and monetize institutional relationships
- Deep understanding of financial markets and investment dynamics
- Proficiency in Thomson Eikon, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this role is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on individual and firm performance.
