Responsibilities
- Create and manage strategies for business segments to achieve profitability goals
- Recruit, coach, and develop Team Leads and colleagues
- Manage financial performance metrics for the Business Segment
- Foster relationships with insurance company partners and marketing colleagues
- Enhance client service and satisfaction through improved service delivery
- Identify opportunities for firm and process improvements
- Partner with leadership on financial planning and business strategy
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in employee benefits, with 5 years in a Senior Leadership role
- State insurance licenses to provide consultation and financial risk transfer solutions
- Deep understanding of insurance technical knowledge and market trends
- Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
