Responsibilities

  • Create and manage strategies for business segments to achieve profitability goals
  • Recruit, coach, and develop Team Leads and colleagues
  • Manage financial performance metrics for the Business Segment
  • Foster relationships with insurance company partners and marketing colleagues
  • Enhance client service and satisfaction through improved service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for firm and process improvements
  • Partner with leadership on financial planning and business strategy

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in employee benefits, with 5 years in a Senior Leadership role
  • State insurance licenses to provide consultation and financial risk transfer solutions
  • Deep understanding of insurance technical knowledge and market trends
  • Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Pay
