Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with multinational Consumer & Retail clients
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges
- Oversee comprehensive relationship management, providing corporate finance solutions
- Lead strategic planning and cross-selling initiatives within Corporate Banking
- Translate Citi's strategic goals into actionable plans for the Consumer & Retail portfolio
- Achieve revenue and budget goals, working alongside Global Capital Management and Risk teams
- Foster innovation and effective product cross-selling across the Banking platform
- Collaborate with Investment Banking for transaction execution and capital allocation
- Ensure client solutions meet internal risk and ethical standards
- Assess business risks with a focus on compliance and ethical judgment
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Corporate Banking focusing on the Global Consumer & Retail sector
- Senior Credit Officer or equivalent preferred
- Extensive multi-country and multi-product business management experience
- Strong background in advising on capital raising and risk management strategies
- Ability to balance internal management tasks with external client engagements
- Robust understanding of compliance and regulatory issues both globally and locally
- Prominent leadership capabilities in collaborating across multiple products and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- FINRA Licenses 7, 24, 63 & 79
