About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with multinational Consumer & Retail clients
- Identify market trends and propose strategic growth opportunities
- Manage client treasury and corporate finance solutions
- Facilitate effective cross-selling and client access within the Corporate Banking team
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable business plans for client portfolios
- Meet revenue and risk management goals in collaboration with Global Capital Management and Risk
- Innovate and differentiate service offerings while promoting product cross-selling
Qualifications
- 15+ years of corporate banking experience, particularly in global Consumer & Retail sectors
- Senior Credit Officer designation preferred
- Strong management experience across diverse, multi-country business environments
- Expertise in capital raising and risk management strategies for clients
- Ability to balance internal management duties with external client engagement
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements at both global and local levels
- Proven leadership with the capacity to drive collective agendas across various products
Pay
$250,000 – $500,000 annually
