Managing Director, Complex Claims

For our client, we are seeking a Managing Director, Complex Claims to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of a complex claims function, with a strong emphasis on casualty claims and litigation management. The role will partner closely with senior executives to strengthen technical excellence, improve consistency, and drive measurable outcomes across claims operations. It will also focus on developing leaders, enhancing quality controls, and supporting effective decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
