We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Advanced Energy United" description, then "Position Description". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About Advanced Energy United (description). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Advanced Energy United" is about organization, not role. But we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings where appropriate. We have: - About Advanced Energy United (organization description) -> could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could use "About the role" to describe the role? However we have "Position Description" which describes role. So we could put that under "About the role". Or we could have separate sections: maybe "About the role" for position description, and "About Advanced Energy United" could be omitted? But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could include a paragraph about the organization under a heading like "About the organization"? Not in allowed headings. But we could embed that info within "About the role" section as prose. The instruction: use those headings for section headings; we can have other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those. Thus we can have:

About the role

containing both organization description and position description? Might be too mixed. Better: we can have

About the role

for position description, and then maybe another

About the organization

not in list but maybe okay? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples, not exclusive. But to be safe, we could still use those headings only. We could put organization description in a

before any heading? The page already shows job title; we can just start with a

about organization, then headings. Thus:

About Advanced Energy United ...

Then

About the role

with position description. Then

Responsibilities

with list. Then

Requirements

maybe combine Required Qualifications and Physical Requirements? Could separate Qualifications and Requirements. We have "Required Qualifications" list and "Physical Requirements". Could put under

Requirements

with sublists? But we need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have

    Requirements

    with
      for qualifications and another
for physical? Might be okay. We also have Skills? Not explicitly listed but could infer from qualifications. Better not to create Skills section if not explicit. We have Benefits: detailed list. So

        Benefits

        with
. We have Pay: Salary: $160,000. So

          Pay

          with

          $160,000

. We have Schedule? Not given except job type: Full-time; regular. Could be considered schedule. But we should only include Schedule if posting actually states them. It says "Job type: Full-time; regular". That's schedule info. So we can include

          Schedule

          with

          Full-time; regular

. Location: Remote. Could be included maybe under About the role? Not a heading. Could add a

location. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: organization description, position description, responsibilities, qualifications (including education, experience, etc.), physical requirements, job type, location, salary, start date, benefits. Start Date: October 2026. Should we include? Could be under About the role or separate? Not a heading; we can add a

Start Date: October 2026. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

          About Advanced Energy United ...

          About the role

          Position Description ...

          Responsibilities

            ...

          Requirements

            ...
for qualifications Maybe separate Physical Requirements as another
under same heading? Could do two
              under Requirements.

              Benefits

                ...

              Pay

              $160,000

              Schedule

              Full-time; regular

Maybe also include location and start date as

after About the role? Could add a

Location: Remote. Start Date: October 2026.

after About the role. Check for any duplicated lines: ensure we don't repeat. Now extract content. About Advanced Energy United paragraph: "Advanced Energy United is a national industry association representing businesses that provide the full range of advanced energy and transportation solutions. And while our organization is fully remote, we are proud of the people-focused culture we have built and the connectedness of our team. We work on serious issues, take our mission seriously, but never take ourselves too seriously." We need to ensure spacing: there is a missing space after "country.We". We'll keep as is but maybe add a space for readability? Must preserve substantive information; adding a space is okay as not changing meaning. We'll keep original but maybe fix minor punctuation? Safer to keep as is. Position Description paragraph: "Advanced Energy United seeks a solutions-oriented, innovative, and politically savvy Managing Director to join United’s policy team. The Managing Director will oversee a team of advocates and shape policy advocacy strategies in the Central U.S. region, lead member engagement in the region, and work collaboratively with program directors to develop and implement multi-year strategies and campaigns designed to achieve policy successes that will accelerate the transition to 100% clean energy and electrified transportation while expanding markets for the advanced energy industry.
