Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management activities including budgeting and compliance with client guidelines
- Coordinate billing and collections, ensuring timely invoicing and payment tracking
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to enhance client service and operational efficiency
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Support strategic planning efforts and monitor execution of firm performance goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of legal/law firm experience in practice management
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- PREFERRED: JD or equivalent legal education
- Proven leadership skills including problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
