The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing high-impact client relationships and driving strategic growth across multiple performance marketing accounts. Key accountabilities include:
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day lead for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive paid digital media strategies, managing campaign planning, execution, optimization, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign execution while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain key performance indicators, establish benchmarks, and continuously test new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and future roadmaps to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Stay informed on emerging advertising technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to identify innovative opportunities for client growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in digital strategy, paid media, search marketing, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex marketing initiatives while balancing strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, client portfolios, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into measurable business improvements.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional client outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
