Responsibilities
- Oversee matter and financial management, including budgeting and compliance

- Implement best practices for workflow optimization and matter management
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative workload
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal studies, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field required; JD preferred
- 10+ years of legal/law firm experience in practice management
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to senior leadership
- Demonstrated leadership in problem-solving, planning, and decision-making
- Ability to engage collaboratively with a range of professionals effectively
