Managing Consultant - Life Sciences Advisory - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing project team activities
• Develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets for multiple projects
• Lead team meetings, providing guidance and coaching to junior consultants regarding project participation
• Keep Directors and Managing Directors updated on project progress and key developments
• Participate in sales initiatives and contribute to practice development efforts

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field, advanced degree/PhD preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant consulting or work experience with large pharma and biotech clients
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry including drug development and launch processes
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies
• Excellent communication skills for conveying recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience in market sizing, HCP segmentation, patient journey, and brand strategy
• 2+ years managing project team activities including workplans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets
