About the role
Managing Behavior Analysts oversee the delivery of behavior treatment services with the support of Managing Technicians, Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or other Behavior Analysts. They are responsible for providing clinically excellent services to their clients and their families, while promoting the clinical and professional development of the program managers and technicians assigned to their teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
- Deliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clients
- Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
- Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients
- Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Masters Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis
