About the role

Total Spectrum (www.totalspectrumcare.com) is seeking Managing Behavior Analysts to oversee the delivery of behavior treatment services with support from Managing Technicians, Assistant Behavior Analysts, and other Behavior Analysts. The role involves providing clinically excellent services to clients and their families, and promoting the professional development of program managers and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
  • Deliver protocol modification, assessment, and family treatment guidance for assigned clients
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Masters Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism
  • Licenses as required by local statutes to deliver ABAS
  • Supervision fluency, including performance monitoring of clinical team and consistent utilization of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision
  • Fluency/independence in navigating challenging situations with families, funding sources, or staff
  • Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Understanding of pre-requisite skills across domains, goal progression, and addressing programming related issues
  • Fluency in reviewing client's authorized hours and supporting the maximization of hours for a caseload
  • Independence in creating fade out plans that are derived from caregiver input, client and caregiver progress on goals, and assessment results

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
