About the role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and design treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
- Provide ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.
- Complete all necessary documentation.
- Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis.
- Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Commit to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws.
Compensation
- Full-time: $100,000 salary plus bonus structure.
- Part-time: $100.00 per billable hour.

Schedule

Requirements
- BCBA Certification (required).
- Virginia LBA License (required).
