• Attorney oversight and workflow management
• Work closely with the firm's founder to grow the employment defense practice

Requirements

• Experience in employment litigation and advising employers
• Knowledge of employment law and business law in California
• Ability to handle both individual and class action cases

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in California
• At least 5 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
