- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and providing support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
