About the role

Responsible for managing a team of agents, overseeing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
