About the role
Responsible for managing a team of agents, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee agent performance and provide feedback
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and resource allocation
- Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
