About the role

Responsible for managing a team of agents, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee agent performance and provide feedback
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
