Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.
- Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space.
- Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations to create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity.
