- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Workday reporting and analytics
- Leverage historical trends and advanced analytical techniques to inform workforce planning, hiring demand, and retention insights
- Support ad hoc analytics requests with a focus on business impact, clarity, and scalability
- Collaborate with downstream reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as needed to extend Workday insights
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, and/or business intelligence, with a strong preference for retail or multi-location environments
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer required; experience with Workday Prism Analytics preferred
- Deep understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting structures, and operational analytics
- Solid working knowledge of Workday security roles and how they impact reporting and data access
- Strong storytelling, dashboard design, and executive communication skills
- Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
