About the Role

Oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, safety, and minimal claims. Supervises warehouse staff and coordinates with drivers, operations, and sales teams. Maintains accurate inventory, storage records, and facility upkeep.

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of shipments in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, safety, and profitability. You’ll lead the team working in and around the warehouse. Your role includes managing storage records, processing paperwork, and maintaining daily operations to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll plan and assign tasks based on your team’s strengths, ensure proper loading procedures are followed to minimize claims, and maintain a safe, clean facility. This includes keeping supplies stocked and managing maintenance of the sprinkler system and surrounding grounds. You'll work closely with drivers, movers, packers, and internal departments like operations and sales to support seamless collaboration across teams.
