Manager, User Experience Design

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy focused on Seller Experiences, converting ambiguous problems into clear UX direction
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to enhance seller outcomes and align with business goals
• Elevate design quality through oversight from initial concepts to final specifications
• Mentor and develop designer skills through ongoing feedback and a supportive team culture
• Use research and testing to validate design decisions and align with leadership on product strategies
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of seller needs and marketplace dynamics to inspire the design team

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX, Product, or Experience Design with team leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience managing design teams, focusing on hiring and development
• Ability to create and execute design strategy aligned with customer and business needs
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable impact
• Experience in improving team processes for efficiency and quality delivery
• Track record of influencing product direction with data and research insights
• Proficient in design systems and UX standards across web and mobile

Pay

$127,600 – $214,700 annually
