For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Transformation Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead enterprise transformation efforts designed to improve profitability and strengthen operational performance across a global retail environment. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, the manager will translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and implementation plans that create measurable value. The position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, financial analysis, and execution discipline to help prioritize initiatives and drive accountability across stakeholders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $112,500 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Lead initiatives to enhance profitability and optimize operational performance globally. Identify key drivers of complex challenges and formulate strategic recommendations. Collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders to assess opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Work across various departments to pinpoint and create value-adding opportunities. Develop financial models and metrics to assess business performance and support investment decisions. Manage transformation initiatives, ensuring accountability and alignment across stakeholders. Translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans. Qualifications 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or related fields. Proven track record of leading strategic, operational, or financial initiatives. Strong data analysis skills and experience using financial metrics to guide decisions. Ability to cultivate alignment across multiple departments and drive progress without direct authority. Experience collaborating with leaders at various organizational levels to influence and facilitate decisions. Strong ownership of workstreams and adept at managing competing priorities from planning to execution. Excellent communication skills with a knack for presenting complex ideas clearly.
