#EliassenCorporate Manager, Transformation: Remote The Manager will deliver integration and transformation support services for Eliassen clients across diverse industries, enabling organizations to successfully navigate and embrace change. This role focuses on designing and implementing modern business solutions that automate, streamline, and modernize operations to support scalable growth. The Manager partners closely with clients and internal teams to address business challenges through process optimization, system selection and rationalization, and the integration of acquisitions. Responsibilities also include supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of shared service centers (both outsourced and insourced), as well as establishing and maturing centers of excellence. Responsibilities Lead assigned workstreams or smaller transformation engagements, ensuring alignment with the Statement of Work, engagement objectives, timelines, and budgets. Support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including process design and optimization, automation, performance measurement, technology strategy, system selection and implementation, and project management activities. Support acquisition and divestiture activities by contributing to integration and separation efforts, including synergy identification, system and process optimization, TSA assessment, and IMO/TMO support. Translate engagement objectives into structured work plans by defining activities, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines. Execute and oversee analytical and operational activities such as current-state assessments, future-state design, process mapping, KPI development, data mapping and validation, testing, and gap analysis. Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with engagement goals; identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies impacting scope, timeline, or budget. Participate in and lead portions of client meetings, including status updates and working sessions, communicating proactively and demonstrating subject matter expertise. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders through effective collaboration and professional judgment. Coach and support team members through feedback, workload monitoring, and skill development. Monitor team capacity and engagement financials, including periodic budget-to-actual analysis and escalation of variances as needed. Develop and share best practices, reusable artifacts, and intellectual capital across the organization. Identify opportunities to expand services or resources within existing client accounts and support proposal development as requested. Maintain a professional presence through networking activities and an up-to-date LinkedIn profile. Requirements Strong ability to lead and review analytical work, including process analysis, KPI development, and root-cause analysis. Proficiency in consulting tools and ability to build structured models and client-ready presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management. Ability to delegate effectively while maintaining accountability. Demonstrated experience coaching and developing junior team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose solutions. Programming skills (Python, R, SQL, Yaml) are a plus Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. 4–7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, operations, or related fields. Experience leading workstreams or small engagements. Proficiency in Microsoft suite Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management methodologies. Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Prosci, or PMP preferred. Familiarity with Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plus Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience are a plus Base Range: $110,000 - $130,000 This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity.
