Manager, Transaction Advisory Services
for each section heading.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not drop details. Must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide which content goes into which section.
Potential sections:
- About the role (or About the firm): include the introductory paragraphs about Sorren, culture, mission, "Your Journey" etc. Could be multiple paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities (the bullet points under "Key Responsibilities").
- Requirements: maybe the "Qualifications" section (required qualifications). Could be separate from Skills.
- Skills: maybe "Preferred Skills" section.
- Benefits: list under "What We Offer*".
We must not include sections with placeholder text. All sections have real content.
We must not include Pay or Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content.
Let's extract content.
Introductory paragraphs:
"Our Firm Sorren is a top 50 national advisory firm that blends deep expertise with a human-first approach. We don’t just work with numbers—we work with people, building lasting relationships and delivering strategic solutions in accounting, assurance, tax, advisory, and private client services. At Sorren, we believe that success is a shared journey. Our culture fosters collaboration, innovation, and professional growth, ensuring that every team member has the support and opportunities they need to thrive. We offer a high-performing yet balanced work environment where career development and personal well-being go hand in hand. We’re committed to helping you grow, whether that means advancing your career, expanding your expertise, or achieving a fulfilling work-life balance. Because at Sorren, your success is our success."
Then "Your Journey Our team members support the firm by delivering timely, accurate work and maintaining clear communication. They take ownership of their development, seek feedback, and build strong relationships. By managing responsibilities effectively and aligning their efforts with firm values, they establish a foundation for long-term success and growth. All team members are expected to excel in Relationships, Communication, Quality Service, Operational Excellence, and Innovation & Growth, contributing to the firm’s success through collaboration, exceptional service, and continuous growth."
That seems like generic expectations; could be part of About the role.
Then "Position Summary" heading but we should not repeat job title; we can treat Position Summary as part of About the role or maybe separate. But we have limited headings; we can include About the role covering firm description and position summary.
Then "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Engagement Management & Project Execution, Financial Due Diligence, Quality of Earnings Analysis and Reporting, Financial Analysis & Modeling, Client Relationship Management, Team Development, Business Development & Practice Growth. Each has paragraphs.
We need to output as a list (
- ) for duties. Should we keep subheadings inside list items? Probably each responsibility as a list item, maybe with internal formatting? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So we can make each responsibility a
- containing the prose (maybe multiple sentences). Could also include subheadings as inside
- . That's okay.
Then "Qualifications" section: list of required qualifications.
We need to output as
- .
Then "Preferred Skills" as Skills section.
Then "Benefits": list under "What We Offer*". Must include all bullet points.
We must not include the footnote about benefits eligibility? It says "Benefits are available to full-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week." That's substantive; include as part of Benefits section maybe as a
after list.
Also there is a copyright and legal boilerplate at the end; we must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The final paragraphs about © 2025 "Sorren" ... are legal boilerplate; we should remove them.
Thus final HTML fragment:
