Manager, Transaction Advisory Services

Soni is partnering with a growing financial services firm seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Services Manager to support and lead buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements. This is a hands-on role focused on financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, and transaction analysis. The ideal candidate can independently perform the work, manage client relationships, and help grow the practice over time. Responsibilities: Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagementsPrepare and review Quality of Earnings analysesAnalyze EBITDA, working capital, revenue, margins, and other key deal metricsReview and normalize financial informationPrepare reports and present findings to clients and deal stakeholdersManage multiple engagements and transaction timelinesSupport and mentor junior team members as the practice grows Requirements: 5+ years of Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings experienceHands-on experience preparing QoE / FDD deliverablesStrong understanding of the M&A deal processCPA strongly preferredStrong technical accounting and Excel skillsStrong client-facing communication skills Preferred Skills: Public accounting / transaction services backgroundBuy-side and sell-side experienceExperience working with privately held businessesPrior mentoring or leadership exposure Compensation: $220,000 - $235,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
