Manager, Total Compensation Accounting
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes summary (could be About the role), essential duties and responsibilities (Responsibilities), Education/Experience (Qualifications/Requirements), Work Environment (maybe not a standard heading but could be omitted if not in list). Benefits, Pay, Schedule not present, so we should not include those sections. Also we should not repeat job title. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" which are not in the allowed headings list; we could either omit them or map to something like "Work Environment" not allowed; better to omit if not in allowed list. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says use those as examples, but we can use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect we use those headings when appropriate. If content doesn't match those, we could still use with a suitable heading like "Work Environment" but that's not in the list. Safer to only include sections that match those headings: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education/experience). Possibly Qualifications could be separate but we can combine. We'll not invent Pay/Benefits/Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the summary paragraph, the essential duties bullet list (as - ), education/experience bullet list, maybe work environment and physical demands we could include as
paragraphs under a generic heading? But instruction says only include a section when posting has real specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid adding other headings beyond the examples, but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those three sections.
We need to include all substantive info from summary, duties, education/experience. Also maybe include "Work Environment" and "Physical Demands" as paragraphs under a section like "Additional Information"? But not in allowed headings; risk of being considered invented. I'd omit them to comply strictly.
