Manager, Title Operations

The Job

The Title Operations Manager leads a team within DriveTime's Titles department. Key responsibilities include ensuring vehicle titles are received, underwritten according to regional or state requirements, and processed efficiently. The role also involves driving operational excellence by maximizing productivity, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The Manager supervises and directs a team of 10–12 Title Coordinators, provides regular coaching and mentorship, analyzes and reports trends, conducts training, and manages recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Specifics

• 2+ years of management experience required
• Automotive titles experience is a plus
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Data entry experience, minimum 6 months and 40 wpm
• Onsite position located in Mesa, AZ
