Job Description

  • Partners with senior management and third parties to support business planning and operational processes, based on the fundamental idea of rate and supply drive budget achievement, while being candid on true business risks with suggestions on how to improve.
  • Captures and communicates periodic updates to third parties as well as internal stakeholders; possesses ability to synthesize messaging around areas of success and opportunity.
  • Leads strategic opportunities and product expansion efforts with third parties; brings in internal partners where necessary.
  • Maintains oversight of third party performance, communicating weekly/monthly results, and partnering with Finance to update forecast/budget assumptions.
  • Understands Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
  • Trains, supervises, and develops staff, managing the day-to-day performance of the team and making suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.
  • Drives enterprise mindset into day to day tasks with team to challenge status quo.
  • Continuously challenges and develops oneself to add skillsets to toolkit.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but relevant work experience of 5-7 years may be considered.
