About the role

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patrons and ensuring the smooth operation of the US Open. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can assist in various areas including ticketing, merchandise sales, hospitality, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patrons with ticket purchases and exchanges
  • Provide information about tournament schedules and facilities
  • Handle merchandise sales and customer inquiries
  • Support hospitality services for VIP guests and players
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to US Open policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Pass a background check
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of tennis or sports events beneficial
  • Physical ability to stand and move throughout the day
