Accountabilities
- Support the execution of technology adoption strategies by developing training programs, managing enablement resources, and improving user experiences across enterprise systems.
- Coordinate training sessions and learning experiences for business systems and technology tools.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical changes and process updates into clear, user-friendly resources.
- Define, measure, and improve training success metrics, including adoption, engagement, and user proficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards for training materials, user guides, SOPs, and enablement content.
- Manage the lifecycle of knowledge resources to ensure content remains accurate, accessible, and effective.
- Cook up updates across knowledge platforms, intranet resources, and enablement tools to improve user experiences.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for system rollouts, process improvements, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology teams, operations groups, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze user support trends to identify recurring issues, training gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop scalable solutions that reduce support needs and improve overall technology adoption.
- Support additional technology initiatives, including reporting, data quality efforts, and system-related projects.
Requirements
- Experience supporting technology enablement, user adoption, training, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience creating training materials and documentation for users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in improving user experiences through training, documentation, and operational support.
- Experience with enterprise tools such as CRM systems, fundraising platforms, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Luminate Online, Spekit, Camtasia, or similar solutions is preferred.
