Manager, Technical Consulting

For a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Manager of Technical Consulting to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. About the role

This is a remote, US-based position; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical resources to deliver client solutions
• Define client needs and develop project implementation plans
• Oversee the development of technology solutions for clients
• Coordinate project activities focused on cost, methods, and staffing
• Cultivate knowledge of application development best practices
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving technical issues
• Identify opportunities to enhance best practices and business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer service
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong decision-making capabilities

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
