Manager, TEAMS New Accounts (Inbound Sales)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, TEAMS New Accounts to lead our inbound sales team and own one of the fastest-growing channels in TEAMS. This is a hands-on leadership-coach role for someone who can develop great sellers, build a disciplined sales motion, and turn strong inbound demand into revenue.

- Own the Number: Drive inbound pipeline, conversion, forecasting, and revenue. Ensure leads are contacted quickly, qualified correctly, and moved forward.
- Improve the Sales Motion: Identify gaps in the Marketing funnel/lead quality. Build repeatable processes for discovery, solutioning, objection handling, closing, onboarding, and CRM hygiene.
- Stay Close to the Work: Join customer calls, support strategic deals, and help the team navigate pricing, inventory, embroidery, ordering, and implementation.
- Master the TEAMS solution: Be a subject matter expert in all things TEAMS, from sales, technology, process, operations, and customer experience.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, Product, CX, Operations, and Finance to improve lead quality and remove friction from the customer journey.
