Manager -Targeted Marketing

High-level responsibilities

• Leading the email team and external vendors
• Implementing industry leading targeting techniques
• Guiding creative efforts
• Leading continued growth of the email program

Major Activities

• Plan approaches for targeted marketing activities
• Stay current on CRM and email best practices
• Execute email campaigns including managing the creative development process
• Coordinate with key internal and external partners
• Manage analytic processes including customer segmentation, test planning, results analysis, and application of actionable improvements
• Ensure email program meets established KPIs

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• 5+ years of CRM or email experience
• 3 years of project management experience
• Experience running and optimizing large scale email or marketing programs
• Experience leading a team and managing external partners
• Understanding internal connections & impacts, proactive approach, and making appropriate recommendations
• Decreased errors, self-motivated team member, able to thrive in a fast-paced, result and deadline-driven environment
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Excellent team player with cross-functional capabilities
• Leadership skills and desire to develop and inspire team members
