Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive and productive integration experience.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Coach and mentor recruitment and onboarding team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding programs to improve new hire engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in human resources management, business development or related discipline preferred. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred, but not required. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS). Demonstrated success in employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
