Manager, Tailor Shop & Retail Innovation (US - Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational analysis of Tailor Shop performance
• Develop executive-ready materials for senior leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment for execution of growth initiatives
• Manage Tailor Shop project timelines and deliverables
• Track performance of business plans and optimize outcomes
• Champion Tailor Shop as a key growth driver
• Create tools and reports for consistent Tailor Shop execution

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Communications, or related field
• ~4+ years of experience in financial/operational analysis, retail operations, or project management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Prominent leadership in cross-functional initiatives
• Clear communicator with strong PowerPoint skills
• Hightly organized and proactive with a focus on results
• Retail or consumer products experience preferred
