Manager, Supply Chain, NPI

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Plymouth MN location, supporting our Electrophysiology Medical Device division. In Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, we're advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field
• Progressive experience in supply chain
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a managerial capacity (including but not limited to direct reporting responsibility)
• Minimum 8 years’ experience working in Medical Device manufacturing or design
• Ability to travel approximately 5% - 20%, including internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters' degree
• Experience negotiating technical agreements with suppliers
• Medical device manufacturing process engineering
• Medical device design

Pay Range

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 – $226,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
