This position is for an Experienced Manager, Supply Chain Management, overseeing supplier performance for a Tier 1 supplier within the Interiors business. The role directs and manages activities between Collins Aerospace and the major Tier 1 supplier during the life cycle of a product/program, focusing on obtaining optimum product/services in terms of delivery, cost, and quality. This role will be onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Manages the overall relationship with a strategic Tier 1 account across multiple business units.
- Ensures the supplier performs to delivery, quality, and cost requirements.
- Identifies and implements operational solutions that achieve business objectives and remove barriers to delivery.
- Improves supplier performance through root cause investigations and corrective actions to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Partners with internal clients/stakeholders to improve and implement supply chain strategies driving predictable performance and risk mitigation.
- Manages projects to support strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conducts supplier visits for program reviews and audits to ensure compliance with program requirements and schedules.
- Tracks portfolio obsolescence status and works with internal stakeholders to identify and qualify alternate sources.
- Travels approximately 25%.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Factors considered include role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
