Manager, Supply Chain Analytics and Systems
About the role
As a member of the Data Center Supply Chain team, the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics and Systems will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, managing key supply chain performance indicators, analyzing supply chain data, and architecting systems, tools, and models. This role will lead the supply chain data and systems strategy that enables data-driven decision-making, streamlines and automates processes, and scales operations to support the delivery of large-scale AI data center projects and meet rapidly growing organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop supply chain and business intelligence datasets across sourcing, procurement, contracting, inventory, and logistics to systematically track and analyze supply chain data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Project Control, and Site Ops, to deliver data analysis requests and scale analysis solutions as business needs evolve.
- Build and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and operational reports for leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen supply chain visibility, predictability, and operational excellence.
- Identify, deploy, and maintain supply chain systems, tools, and platforms (e.g., Oracle, Power BI, or AI) to reduce manual effort and transactional complexity.
- Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain systems and digital transformation matters and provide training to team members as needed.
- Establish data center supply chain master data, including Bills of Materials, supplier master data, lead times, planning, inventory, and delivery.
- Drive data quality and data-based decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information management, computer science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of analytics, data science, and systems experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance; experience with data center, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong ability to manage and develop predictive modeling, forecasting, and master data management.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with major ERP and SLM systems.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- Adept at managing multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.

San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, or Houston, TX preferred. Hybrid.
Pay
Base Pay - $140,000 - $170,000. The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay. Total rewards may also include performance-based bonuses, equity grants, and a market-leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Final details will be discussed during the later stages of the hiring process.
Schedule
The position could require up to 10% of domestic travel.
