Primary Duties
- Lead the delivery and refinement of the Summer STEP summer melt coaching program
- Lead Postsecondary Student Advisory Fellowship by strengthening recruitment pipelines
- Advance an intergenerational engagement strategy for multigenerational engagement and community outreach
- Collaborate closely with the TalentEd community engagement team and Chamber's communication team to develop social media strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters' degree in counseling, higher education, social work or other related fields
- Extensive experience in higher education, developing community and business partnerships, project management and direct service work
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who is passionate about the mission
- Able to think strategically and work collaboratively to build and grow partnerships
- Able to work on multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Location
The position will travel within Southeastern MI.
Requirements
- Valid MI driver's license and transportation for traveling outside of the office

This position is grant funded for a year and will only be maintained as long as the funds are provided by an external source.
