About the role

Manage and coordinate functions and/or resources associated with organizing, implementing and meeting goals/guidelines.
Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Participate with leadership teams to provide clarity to the scope of work.
Communicate status of operations to management and associates.
Manage and resolve issues that jeopardize the success of the assigned area.
Prepare and analyze departmental financial reports, financial analyses and budgetary reports.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Pay

$107,821.50 - $145,875.46 per year

Full time | Monday-Friday
