Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy, transformation, innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement efforts across all aspects of Engineering; including technologies, processes, and people.
- Leverage data and a consistent process to assess needs, develop options, make recommendations on next steps, and flex to implement when appropriate. Including preparing and delivering executive level presentations that drive decision making at the highest levels of Engineering and Operations.
- Partner with senior leadership on the development, articulation and execution strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to solve complex, high-impact business challenges.
- Lead engineering transformation workstreams that improve performance, scalability and resilience.
- Lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives aligned to Engineering priorities.
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree ORMasters degreeand 3 years of business analysis, strategy, project management experience ORBachelors degree and 5 years of business analysis, strategy, project management experience ORAssociates degree and 10 years ofbusiness analysis, strategy, project management experience ORHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years ofbusiness analysis, strategy, project management experience
- Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Biotech within Operations
- In-depth knowledge of Biotech industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Strong business and financial acumen, including facilities and capital project environments
- Versatile and agile leader who can flex across various subject areas across the team and balance multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously
- Experienced leader with track record of developing successful teams and relationship building across functions
- Strong executive presence, technical, and business acumen to drive strategy, decision making, and implementation
- Comfortable owning and resolving complex challenges, independent problem solving, and raising as appropriate to senior leaders
- Ability to effectively communicate with varied stakeholders and all levels of the organization
- Understanding of Capital Projects, Facilities & Engineering Services, and EH&SD
- Strong experience in project management, analysis, and data visualization using tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, and PowerBI
- Experience in management consulting (e.g., Big 4, MBB) or internal strategy/operations roles
- Experience within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or engineering-intensive industries
Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
