What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives
- Conduct quantitative analyses on delivery performance, economics, operational health, and commercial priorities
- Build and evolve dashboards, metrics frameworks, and reporting that create a holistic view of performance
- Drive operational excellence and transformation, including process standardization, change management, transformation roadmaps, capacity and resource management, and governance forums
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and interdependencies across Evidence Solutions and adjacent functions
- Identify, scope, and execute special projects within the Strategic Operations portfolio
- Generate and champion initiatives based on quantitative findings, leadership priorities, and partner team needs
- Translate insights back to the broader organization to inform product, delivery, and go-to-market strategy
Internal AI Transformation Support
- Identify, prioritize, and scope AI and automation opportunities
- Develop non-technical solutions for operational and workflow challenges
- Implement tools, document capabilities, and support adoption
- Quantify impact in terms of efficiency, scalability, and margin
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AI initiatives align with broader organizational priorities and connect across teams and systems
Who You Are

- Comfortable synthesizing data for leadership and scoping projects with senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and see initiatives through
- Experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, CRM or operational data, and building dashboards or reports
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation platforms with direct experience building automation scripts
- Experience in life sciences consulting, commercial strategy, business operations, tech/health tech operations, or a related field
- Experience with go-to-market strategy, market sizing, business case development, or operational playbooks and governance
- Familiarity with CRM or project/resource management systems (Salesforce, Kantata, Jira, or similar)
