Manager, Strategic Customer Onboarding

Tipalti is seeking a talented professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of automating and simplifying financial operations for businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that enhance our AP Automation, Mass Payments, and Procurement platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed systems
• Familiarity with financial technology, payment processing, or related domains is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or similar)
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
