• Researching: Our market insights team studies the market and predicts which flavors consumers will want in the future. Andrea is amazing at reading trends and always points us in the right direction for the next big thing in flavor.
• Developing: Dreaming of flavor doesn't have to be a dream, it's what Domenico does every day. Being a sauce innovation master means he comes up with new flavors, testing and tasting each one until it's ready for the bottle.
• Bottling: Working in the factory means that you'd get to work with our processing team leader, Francisco. Having an eye for detail is important, he helps make sure each bottle is perfect before it gets shipped across the world.
