Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)

  • Operator Champion: Elevating and growing the business with a portfolio of some of our fastest growing and most strategic Foodservice customers. Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, articulating and prioritizing the most impactful offerings, including custom fit solutions and services to bring to market. Maintaining and developing focused customer relations through frequent contact and business reviews, delivering the value of Torani products and our support. Ensuring highly engaged operators with high satisfaction levels.
  • Foodservice Operator Strategist & Collaborator: Developing and executing operator-specific sales strategies to consistently add value and expand our mutual business. Leading the implementation of go-to-market customer strategies that increase the number of loyal chain and strategic operator customers. Staying organized, communicating clearly, and managing projects effectively, helping teams work together and deliver strong results. Being consistently aware of KPIs that matter most, using data and customer insights to support strong planning, follow-through, and business decision-making to deliver results.
  • Business Developer: Developing new valuable Foodservice Operator partnerships. Leading business agreements that create value and help achieve our brand, strategic, and profitability goals. Understanding best practices, key business drivers, customer opportunities, competitive factors, and what differentiates Torani in the market, allowing you to identify opportunities that support long-term growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in Foodservice Chain Sales/Business Development with a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective business-building strategies, including developing a pipeline of business
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams from ideation phase through execution
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence, network and build relationships

Pay

Salary Range: $133,673 - $148,526
