Manager, Strategic Account Management

This role leads the development and execution of account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction within the Outdoor Power Equipment category. About the team
The Marketplace Account Management team drives category growth, seller success, and operational excellence through strategic account management and scalable solutions. Collaborating across functions, the team develops engagement strategies to enhance seller participation and builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Using data-driven insights, it monitors key business metrics and supports high-volume sellers. The team fosters continuous improvement and operational efficiency to meet business goals and strengthen marketplace impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Lead and oversee team activities, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance performance and accountability.
- Analyze business metrics and data models to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making processes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and measurable results.
- Drive sales proposals, presentations, and onboarding processes to optimize customer experiences and revenue growth.
- Foster collaboration across teams to deliver value-driven solutions and promote continuous learning and adaptability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and effective communication to support business objectives.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, business metrics interpretation, and developing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiation processes with a focus on collaborative, value-driven outcomes.
- Expertise in strategic account planning, forecasting, and translating business requirements into measurable results.
- Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships while addressing complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area.
- Sales experience.

Pay
Annual salary ranges by location:
- San Bruno, California: $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
- Bellevue, Washington / Hoboken, New Jersey: $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
- Bentonville, Arkansas: $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
