About the role

The Manager, STEM Summer and Auxiliary Programs oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various summer programs designed to engage students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This includes managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring program success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of STEM summer programs for students.
• Manage staff and volunteers to ensure smooth program operation.
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance program offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with curriculum development and delivery.
• Knowledge of best practices in STEM education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
