Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive STEM educational programs for students aged 6-18.
- Collaborate with educators and industry partners to design engaging curriculum and activities.
- Oversee program logistics including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Monitor program outcomes and provide regular feedback to improve program efficacy.
- Represent the organization at various events and conferences to promote STEM education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational program management.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful STEM programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
