About the role

This role is critical in the USTA's shift towards a data-driven 2026 operating model. The Director will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel journeys that cater to the entire tennis ecosystem, including players, coaches, providers, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the orchestration of communication across the Enterprise CRM, web, and automation platforms
  • Ensure precise audience targeting and channel alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital engagement and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in digital strategy
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience

Pay

  • Full-time position
